Erskine barracks, Wiltshire

Ellen devised and led the planning strategy to achieve outline planning permission for 450 dwellings and 3ha of employment space at the former Barracks, negotiating significant public opposition to the loss of military presence and employment and issues regarding access via Network Rail owned land.

The permission also included community-based campus for service veterans including an enterprise hub, crèche, care home and retail units.
