Packington Estate, Hampton-in-Arden

Ellen secured Outline Planning Consent for 109 residential units with associated access and public open space. This greenfield site presented challenges with Green Belt and off-site SUDs issues as well as potential noise and contamination concerns regarding an adjacent use.

Successful negotiations resulted in conditions agreed between the LPA and the Client to move forward to approval. A NEAP was included following negotiations with the Parish Council which will contribute to a high level of amenity for the new occupiers as well as benefiting existing residents.
