Oxford Housing Sites

As one of the least affordable and undersupplied housing markets in the country, Oxford is tackling a housing crisis. Ellen supported the City Council’s housing arm on their housing framework, with the aim to deliver up to 2000 new homes across the city over the coming years.

Ellen provided planning strategy direction to support Oxford City Council to achieve its goal of building up to 2,000 low carbon, high quality new homes across of the city over 8 complex sites including Green Belt release.
